Am I eligible for a refund?

Per the Range Guarantee, any customer that is unsatisfied with a Range Meal Bar product purchased from, is entitled to a full refund.

What is covered in a refund?

A refund will cover the cost of all product purchased, and shipping charges within the United States. Note that international shipping costs are not subject to refund.

How do I request a refund?

Please email us using the info in our contact us page. Please provide your order number, and if you can, the reason you’re unhappy with your purchase. This is used only for improving our products, not for determining refund eligibility.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Refunds will be submitted to our third party payment portal within five business days of a customer’s request. After this, a customer can expect to see funds returned per that companies terms of service (typically no longer than 10 business days).

How do I return my product?

Generally speaking, we don’t require customers to send their products back. We will give you specific instructions if we would like you to send us anything back.
