Where do you ship?

We ship to the U.S. and Canada,

How much is shipping?

$5.00 flat rate shipping is available on all U.S. orders, while U.S. orders over $50.00 are eligible for free shipping. Shipments to Canada are subject to a $50 flat rate.

How long will it take to process my order?

Orders will be processed within one business day. If you order by 5:00 PM PCT Thursday, your order will ship by 5:00 PM PCT Friday. If you order by 5:00 PM PCT Friday, your order will ship by 5:00 PM PCT Monday. Company holidays will be noted in the banner at the top of the website.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority and First Class mail. Both claim a transit time of 2-3 business days. However, during the pandemic, we’ve been seeing transit times closer to 3-5 business days.

What if my order is lost in the mail?

Although it doesn’t happen often, every once in a while USPS has a bad day, and packages get lost. We keep a close eye on shipments, and if something looks “off” we’ll get a replacement shipment headed your way ASAP, in addition to an email keeping you in the loop. Alternatively, if you would prefer a refund on the order, we’re happy to do that as well.

Its been several days and my tracking number still says “package ready for pickup.”

Sometimes USPS forgets to scan the barcodes when they receive our shipments, and packages don’t appear to be shipped, even though they are in fact headed your way. We can’t control this, but we assure you that all orders are fulfilled within 1 business day. If you ever have a concern with an order’s status, feel free to reach out and our team will be happy to assist you!

I made a typo in my shipping address! What now?

Please contact us as quickly as possible (check out the contact us page). If your shipment hasn’t left our facility, we should be able to correct your address. If your package has shipped, we may, at our discretion, choose to send a replacement shipment at no cost to you.

The address I provided wasn’t deliverable. What now?

If USPS is unable to deliver to the address you provide (private drive, address not in USPS database), the package will be returned to us. Although we reserve the right to retain payment from the order, we typically either refund the order, or send a replacement shipment after verifying an alternate shipping address with the customer.
