What if my order is lost in the mail?
Although it doesn’t happen often, every once in a while USPS has a bad day, and packages get lost. We keep a close eye on shipments, and if something looks “off” we’ll get a replacement shipment headed your way ASAP, in addition to an email keeping you in the loop. Alternatively, if you would prefer a refund on the order, we’re happy to do that as well.
